We will take you aboard our free shuttle to our agency, located just 6 minutes away. Once at the agency, we will prepare your contract, hand you the key to your vehicle, and wish you a pleasant journey!
From our agency, you can easily and directly access the highway connecting Santo Domingo / Bayahíbe / Punta Cana, with connections to Santiago, Las Terrenas, and more. At the end of your stay, return your vehicle to the agency, and we will shuttle you (for free) back to Santo Domingo – Las Americas Airport (SDQ).

New or Recent Vehicles
All our vehicles are purchased new and are renewed every 3 years at most. We strictly follow the manufacturers' maintenance recommendations, and each vehicle is serviced between rentals. All vehicles are washed between rentals. For your comfort and safety!

Simpler Than Public Transport
Public transport in the Dominican Republic mainly consists of buses and “guaguas” (minibuses). Although the bus network is fairly developed, without a rental car, you will be limited to bus schedules and destinations, which is not always convenient. Additionally, some cities are not connected by the bus network, and taxi services are very limited outside major cities. Lastly, some remote places (hotels, beaches, natural sites) are sometimes only accessible by 4x4 on dirt roads. Depending on your itinerary, we can offer a wide range of elevated vehicles, SUVs, or 4x4s at Jumbo Car. Renting a car remains the most viable option for moving around, allowing you to travel freely and at your own pace.
